All Truu Misfitss items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

We gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the problem so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
